Description
An antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets mouse major histocompatibility complex class II (MHC-II), reacting with both I-A and I-E products via an extracellular epitope on the receptor. Clone M5/114.15.2 has been validated by flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes.
The reagent supports immunological research workflows, including immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched mouse pan-naïve T cells (CD3+CD44-/lowCD62Lhigh) from mouse splenocytes or other tissue samples, and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse T cells.
