Anti-Ms MHC ClassII,M5/114.15.2,AZ,25µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this rat monoclonal IgG2b antibody (clone M5/114.15.2) is conjugated to APC and recognizes mouse MHC Class II (I-A/I-E). The antibody binds a polymorphic determinant shared by the I-Ab, I-Ad, I-Aq, I-Ed, and I-Ek alloantigens (but not I-Af, I-Ak, or I-As), expressed on B cells, dendritic cells, macrophages, monocytes, and activated T cells from mice carrying the H-2b, d, p, q, r, and u haplotypes. It does not react with cells from NOD (H-2g7) mice.

The reagent was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated under optimal conditions; the solution is free of unconjugated APC. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.2) containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin. Flow cytometry is a verified application, and the clone is also suited for purity assessments of cells isolated with the EasySep Mouse CD11c Positive Selection Kit II. For flow cytometry, the suggested use is ≤ 0.06 μg per 1 × 10^6 cells in 100 μL.

The product is supplied as a clear liquid and remains stable at 2 - 8 °C when stored undiluted; it should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. It is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and is intended for research use only.
