Anti-Ms Ly-6G, 1A8, PS, 100µg

Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this antibody targets mouse Ly-6G, a GPI-anchored protein that comprises the granulocyte receptor-1 antigen (Gr-1). The reagent is the Clone 1A8 antibody conjugated to the PerCP-Cy5.5 fluorophore and is verified for use in flow cytometry.

Flow cytometry data demonstrate staining of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells with the PerCP-Cy5.5 conjugate, and the same clone has additionally been validated by immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse uterine tissue in its unconjugated form.
