Anti-Ms Ly-6G, 1A8, FI, 500µg

STEMCELL Technologies supplies this anti-mouse Ly-6G antibody, clone 1A8, conjugated to FITC, as a laboratory reagent. According to the manufacturer, Ly-6G is a GPI-anchored protein which comprises the granulocyte receptor-1 antigen (Gr-1). Clone 1A8 has been verified for flow cytometry, with demonstrated data from flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells, generally compared against a rat IgG2a, kappa isotype control antibody. The clone has additionally been applied in immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded mouse uterine tissue.
