The XMG1.2 clone is a rat IgG1, kappa isotype antibody recognized for intracellular cytokine staining, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry workflows. Scientists deploy it to enumerate IFN-gamma-producing CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, NK cells, and innate lymphoid populations isolated from mouse splenocytes, lymph nodes, or peripheral blood, typically using a small aliquot per stain.
