Anti-Ms IFN-gamma, XMG1.2, FI, 100µg

Clone XMG1.2 is a rat IgG1, kappa monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes mouse interferon-gamma, a signature cytokine expressed by Th1 CD4+ T cells, CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes, and natural killer cells during cell-mediated immune activation. This FITC-conjugated (FI) reagent from STEMCELL Technologies enables direct intracellular immunofluorescence staining for flow cytometry, with emission captured on the FITC detection channel at approximately 530 nm. Each vial contains 100 ug of purified antibody, suitable for staining fixed and permeabilized mouse splenocytes, lymph node preparations, or cultured cell populations following brief in vitro restimulation with PMA and ionomycin or peptide antigens.
