Anti-Ms IFN-gamma, XMG1.2, BT, 25µg

The XMG1.2 clone is a rat IgG1 monoclonal antibody raised against murine interferon-gamma and conjugated to biotin for flexible detection in flow cytometry and sandwich ELISA workflows. Packaged as 25 µg per vial, this Anti-Ms IFN-gamma reagent from STEMCELL Technologies specifically recognizes the bioactive IFN-gamma cytokine secreted by activated Th1 CD4+ T cells, CD8+ cytotoxic lymphocytes, and NK cells in mouse models of infection, autoimmunity, and tumor immunology.

The biotinylated format pairs with streptavidin-fluorophore or streptavidin-HRP conjugates, supporting both multicolour surface and intracellular cytokine staining on fixed and permeabilized splenocyte preparations, as well as quantitative detection of secreted cytokine in cell culture supernatants. Researchers commonly titrate the antibody between 0.5 and 2 µg per million cells for flow cytometry.
