Anti-Ms IFN-gamma, XMG1.2, AZ, 25µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this antibody reagent targets mouse interferon-gamma. The clone, XMG1.2, reacts with mouse IFN-gamma, which the manufacturer describes as a glycosylated type II interferon comprising a homodimer of approximately 20 kDa subunits in its active form. It has been validated for flow cytometry, with staining demonstrated on both unstimulated and PMA/ionomycin-stimulated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, frequently alongside anti-mouse CD3e (clone 145-2C11) as a co-stain. The reagent supports research workflows in detection and measurement of mouse interferon-gamma, supplementation for differentiation of mouse naïve CD4+ T cells into Th1 cells, and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse naïve CD4+ T cells.
