Anti-Ms IFN-gamma, XMG1.2, AZ, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this antibody for research applications involving mouse immune cell studies. Clone XMG1.2 reacts with mouse interferon-gamma, a glycosylated type II interferon that exists as a homodimer of ~20 kDa subunits in its active form.

Flow cytometry data shown by the manufacturer demonstrate the reagent labelling both unstimulated and PMA/ionomycin-stimulated C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, often in combination with anti-mouse CD3e antibody (clone 145-2C11). The antibody is highlighted for workflows involving the detection and measurement of mouse interferon-gamma, the differentiation of mouse naïve CD4+ T cells into Th1 cells, and the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse naïve CD4+ T cells.
