Anti-Ms Gr-1, RB6-8C5, FI, 50µg

A rat monoclonal IgG2b, kappa antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone RB6-8C5, conjugated to FITC. The reagent reacts with the granulocyte receptor-1 antigen (Gr-1), which comprises the structurally related murine Ly-6G (21 - 25 kDa) and Ly-6C (14 - 16 kDa) GPI-anchored proteins. Gr-1 is expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, subsets of macrophages, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, and T cells, and serves as a useful marker for neutrophils in the periphery.

Verified for flow cytometry and reported for use in immunofluorescence microscopy and immunohistochemistry, with the manufacturer also indicating suitability for immunoprecipitation, cell isolation, and Western blotting. The antibody has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits. For flow cytometry, the suggested use is ≤ 0.25 μg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL volume, with titration recommended for optimal performance for each application.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and is supplied as a phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC. The product is stable at 2 - 8°C when stored undiluted; it should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light.
