Anti-Ms Gr-1, RB6-8C5, BT, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers a rat monoclonal antibody targeting the mouse granulocyte receptor-1 antigen (Gr-1). Clone RB6-8C5 recognizes the structurally related Ly-6G (21 - 25 kDa) and Ly-6C (14 - 16 kDa) GPI-anchored proteins that together comprise Gr-1. The reagent is supplied as a biotin (BT) conjugate and is of the IgG2b, kappa isotype.

This antibody is suitable for immunoprecipitation, cell isolation, Western blot, and flow cytometry applications. In flow cytometry, it has been used to label C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells, and the antibody has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep kits, including the EasySep Mouse Neutrophil Enrichment Kit. Gr-1 expression is found on monocytes, neutrophils, subsets of macrophages, plasmacytoid dendritic cells, and T cells, and it is a useful marker for neutrophils in the periphery.
