Anti-Ms E-Cadherin, DECMA-1, UC, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers the Anti-Mouse E-Cadherin (CD324) Antibody, Clone DECMA-1. This antibody recognizes E-cadherin, a calcium-dependent transmembrane glycoprotein expressed in most epithelial cells and in erythroid cells.

Demonstrated applications include immunofluorescence labeling — as shown by the labeling of primary human airway epithelial cells expanded in submerged culture with PneumaCult-Ex Medium, using a donkey anti-mouse IgG Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody and DAPI counterstain — and flow cytometry analysis of MDCK epithelial cells, performed with an anti-rat IgG1 PE secondary antibody. The product supports research workflows involving serum- and BPE-free culture of human airway epithelial cells at the air-liquid interface.
