Anti-Ms CD90.2, 53-2.1, FI, 100µg

A FITC-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, clone 53-2.1, is a rat IgG2a, kappa reagent that specifically recognizes mouse CD90.2 (Thy-1.2), a glycophosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein of approximately 25-35 kDa. The antibody does not cross-react with CD90.1 (Thy-1.1) or with rat CD90.

It is verified for flow cytometry and reported for use in immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and immunohistochemistry. The product is supplied at 0.5 mg/mL in a phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide, and has been purified by column chromatography. For flow cytometry, the suggested use is ≤ 0.25 μg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL, with titration recommended for optimal performance in each application.

The product is stable when stored undiluted at 2-8°C; it should not be frozen and must be protected from prolonged exposure to light. The clone has also been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits, including EasySep™ Mouse T Cell, CD4+ T Cell, and CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kits.
