Anti-Ms CD8a, 53-6.7, BT, 500µg

This rat monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets mouse CD8a, a transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a subunit of CD8. The Clone 53-6.7 reagent is supplied in a biotin-conjugated format and is verified for use in cell isolation and flow cytometry workflows.

The antibody has been validated by flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes and supports research applications including immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD90.2+ (Thy1.2+) cells from splenocytes or other tissues, as well as immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD8+ T cells. It is intended for research use only and is not for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic applications unless otherwise stated.
