Rat monoclonal IgG2a, kappa antibody targeting mouse CD8a, a transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a subunit of the CD8 co-receptor. The antibody, Clone 53-6.7 from STEMCELL Technologies, is verified for cell isolation and flow cytometry. Representative flow cytometry data are shown using C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, including co-staining experiments pairing this reagent with Anti-Mouse CD3e Antibody (Clone 145-2C11) for identification of CD8+ T cell populations alongside CD3e+ cells.
