Anti-Ms CD8a, 53-6.7, AD, 25µg

A rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone 53-6.7, targets mouse CD8a, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and subunit of CD8. The CD8a chain has a reported molecular weight of 32 - 34 kDa and functions as a co-receptor to the T cell receptor during T cell activation by binding MHC Class I molecules. Clone 53-6.7 is verified for cell isolation and flow cytometry and has been demonstrated in flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes.
