Anti-Ms CD8a, 53-6.7, AD, 100µg

A rat monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targeting mouse CD8a, a transmembrane glycoprotein that functions as a subunit of the CD8 co-receptor. Clone 53-6.7 is part of a product line verified for cell isolation and flow cytometry applications, including immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD90.2+ (Thy1.2+) cells and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD8+ T cells.

This preparation is supplied in the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated format as a clear liquid, intended for research use only; it is not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless otherwise stated. Flow cytometry data from the manufacturer demonstrate labelling of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, with a rat IgG2a, kappa isotype control antibody used as a comparator.

According to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, the mixture is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or the Globally Harmonized System, and 0% of the mixture consists of ingredient(s) of unknown toxicity.
