Anti-Ms CD62L, MEL-14, PE, 25µg

Conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE), this Anti-Mouse CD62L antibody (clone MEL-14) from STEMCELL Technologies is supplied as a 25 µg single-use vial tailored to flow cytometry immunophenotyping. The reagent binds L-selectin, a type-I transmembrane adhesion molecule expressed on naïve T lymphocytes, central memory cells, regulatory T cells, most circulating B cells, neutrophils, and monocytes in the mouse immune system. Surface staining of splenocytes, lymph node suspensions, or peripheral blood leukocytes can be performed directly without secondary antibody development.

On blue-laser (488 nm) cytometers, the PE fluorophore emits in the yellow-green channel around 575 nm, supporting straightforward multicolor panels when combined with FITC, APC, or Brilliant Violet conjugates. The clone is mouse-specific and shows no significant cross-reactivity with human L-selectin, making it appropriate for murine lymphocyte homing and trafficking studies.
