Anti-Ms CD62L, MEL-14, AD, 100µg

An antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone MEL-14, recognizes CD62L (L-Selectin), a glycoprotein expressed on leukocytes, and has been verified for purity assessment of neutrophils and monocytes.

Flow cytometry analyses demonstrate labeling of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes with the antibody in unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, APC, Biotin, FITC, PE, and PerCP-Cy5.5 formats, alongside the Rat IgG2a, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone RTK2758. In PE-conjugated form, the antibody has also been used with an anti-mouse CD44 antibody, FITC, to analyze mouse splenocytes processed with the EasySep™ Mouse Naïve CD4+ T Cell Isolation Kit.

The antibody supports immunomagnetic workflows for the negative isolation of untouched mouse naïve CD4+ T cells, the negative selection of untouched mouse pan-naïve T cells (CD3+CD44-/lowCD62Lhigh) from mouse splenocytes or other tissue samples, and the negative isolation of untouched mouse naïve CD8+ T cells.
