Anti-Ms CD54, YN1/1.7.4, UC, 50µg

This unconjugated monoclonal antibody targets mouse CD54, also known as ICAM-1 (Intercellular Adhesion Molecule 1), a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on activated endothelial cells, lymphocytes, and other leukocytes that mediates adhesive interactions during inflammatory responses and immune cell trafficking.

Produced by the YN1/1.7.4 hybridoma, the reagent is supplied as a 50 µg vial of purified antibody. The clone is of rat IgG2a kappa isotype and is widely cited in immunology research for characterizing ICAM-1 expression in murine models of inflammation, leukocyte adhesion, and transplant rejection.
