Anti-Ms CD45R, RA3-6B2, PS, 25µg

From STEMCELL Technologies comes a PerCP-Cy5.5-conjugated rat monoclonal IgG2a, kappa antibody, clone RA3-6B2, directed against CD45R (also known as B220 and PTPRC). The reagent reacts with human, mouse, and cat samples and was raised against Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced pre-B tumor cells. Flow cytometry is listed as a verified and reported application, and the clone has been used for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep kits, including the EasySep Mouse B Cell Isolation Kit.

For flow cytometry, the suggested use is ≤ 0.25 µg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 µL, with titration recommended for optimal performance in each application. The antibody is supplied as a clear liquid formulated in a phosphate-buffered solution at pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin, and was purified by affinity chromatography before conjugation. The solution is free of unconjugated PerCP-Cy5.5.

The product is stable when stored undiluted at 2-8°C; it should not be frozen and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light.
