Produced by STEMCELL Technologies, this rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody (clone RA3-6B2) is conjugated to PE and recognizes an epitope on the extracellular domain of the exon A-restricted isoform of mouse CD45.
The reagent is validated for flow cytometry, with representative staining data shown on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. It is intended for research applications such as the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse B cells.
