Anti-Ms CD45, 30-F11, PS, 25µg

STEMCELL Technologies supplies the Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody, Clone 30-F11, conjugated to PerCP-Cy5.5. This rat monoclonal IgG2b, kappa antibody reacts with alloantigens CD45.1 and CD45.2 of mouse CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family and is involved in immunoregulatory processes such as cell activation, growth, differentiation and oncogenic transformation. Alternative splicing of three exons (4, 5, 6) encoding the extracellular RA, RB and RC polypeptide sequences gives rise to up to 8 isoforms with molecular masses in the range of 180 - 240 kDa.

The reagent is a clear liquid described in the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet as stable under normal conditions. It is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) or the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200), and it is not regulated for transport by DOT, TDG, MEX, ICAO, IATA, IMDG, RID, ADR or ADN.
