STEMCELL Technologies Anti-Mouse CD45 Antibody, Clone 30-F11, PE is a monoclonal antibody that reacts with alloantigens CD45.1 and CD45.2 of mouse CD45, expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid intended for use as a laboratory reagent.

Flow cytometry data generated with C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes demonstrate binding by the PE-conjugated antibody in comparison with the matching Rat IgG2b, kappa isotype control (Clone RTK4530). Additional conjugations of Clone 30-F11 are available, including unconjugated, Alexa Fluor 488, APC, biotin, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5 formats.
