Description
Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies, this biotin-conjugated monoclonal antibody (Clone 30-F11) reacts with alloantigens CD45.1 and CD45.2 of mouse CD45, expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. The product is intended for use in flow cytometry applications, with manufacturer validation data showing staining of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labelled with the biotin conjugate followed by streptavidin (SAV) APC.
