Anti-Ms CD45, 30-F11, AZ, 25µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this APC-conjugated monoclonal antibody, Clone 30-F11, which reacts with mouse CD45 alloantigens CD45.1 and CD45.2 expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells. Validation flow cytometry data show staining of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes with the APC conjugate alongside a Rat IgG2b, kappa Isotype Control Antibody, Clone RTK4530, APC. The same clone is offered in additional conjugate formats, including unconjugated, Alexa Fluor® 488, Biotin, FITC, PE, and PerCP-Cy5.5, each evaluated by flow cytometry on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes.

The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). It is chemically stable under normal conditions.
