Anti-Ms CD45, 30-F11, AD, 100µg

A rat monoclonal IgG2b, kappa antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone 30-F11, reacts with an extracellular epitope found on all isoforms and both alloantigens (CD45.1 and CD45.2) of mouse CD45, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of most hematopoietic cells, with expression lost during differentiation of mature erythrocytes, platelets and plasma cells.

CD45 is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase family and is involved in immunoregulatory processes including cell activation, growth, differentiation and oncogenic transformation. The Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated format is supplied as a clear liquid and is validated for applications such as flow cytometry, Western blot, immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, CyTOF and functional assays.
