Anti-Ms CD45.1, A20, BT, 500µg

STEMCELL Technologies provides this Anti-Mouse CD45.1 Antibody, Clone A20, a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that recognizes the mouse alloantigen cluster of differentiation 45.1 (CD45.1). The target is also referred to as Ly5.1 and leukocyte common antigen.

The reagent is supplied in a biotin-conjugated format and has been characterized for flow cytometry. Representative data shows flow cytometry analysis of SLJ mouse splenocytes labeled with Anti-Mouse CD45.1 Antibody, Clone A20, Biotin, followed by streptavidin (SAV) PE. It supports research workflows such as the immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD45+ cells, including CD45+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), and is intended for use alongside compatible mouse CD45.2 reagents and isotype controls.
