Anti-Ms CD44, IM7, PE, 100tests

This PE-conjugated antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets mouse CD44 (Ly-24), a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. Clone IM7 is a rat monoclonal IgG2b, kappa reagent intended for research applications including cell isolation and ELISA, and is supplied as a laboratory reagent.

Manufacturer flow cytometry data demonstrate that the antibody labels C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) when used as a PE conjugate, with a rat IgG2b, kappa PE isotype control antibody serving as the reference.
