Anti-Ms CD44, IM7, 50µg

Anti-Mouse CD44 Antibody, Clone IM7 is a laboratory reagent from STEMCELL Technologies that targets CD44 (Ly-24), a transmembrane glycoprotein involved in cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. The IM7 clone is described for use in cell isolation and ELISA applications, and flow cytometry data are presented for use on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

The reagent is part of a workflow context that includes culture of human mammospheres and tumorspheres, immunomagnetic negative selection followed by positive selection of mouse naïve CD4+ T cells (CD4+CD62L+) from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues, and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse naïve CD4+ T cells.
