Anti-Ms CD4, RM4-5, PS, 25µg

Offered by STEMCELL Technologies, this anti-mouse CD4 reagent (Clone RM4-5) targets CD4, which is expressed by most thymocytes and a subpopulation of T cells. Clone RM4-5 may be used in flow cytometry (FC), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IH).

Source data demonstrate flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labeled with this antibody across multiple conjugations, including Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, unconjugated, APC, Biotin, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5, with a Rat IgG2a, kappa isotype control antibody (Clone RTK2758) used for comparison in each case.

The reagent is referenced in workflows for immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD25+ Tregs from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspensions, as well as immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells.
