Anti-Ms CD4, RM4-5, 500µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this Clone RM4-5 antibody targets mouse CD4, a surface marker expressed by most thymocytes and a subpopulation of T cells. The reagent is supplied as a clear liquid and is classified as a laboratory reagent for research use only, not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic applications unless otherwise stated.

The manufacturer states that Clone RM4-5 is suitable for use in flow cytometry (FC), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry (IH). Manufacturer validation data for the clone demonstrate flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, with staining shown for unconjugated preparations as well as Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, APC, Biotin, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5 conjugated formats. The antibody supports research workflows such as immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD25+ Tregs from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspensions, and immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse CD4+ T cells.
