Anti-Ms CD3e, 145-2C11, FI, 500µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this Anti-Mouse CD3e Antibody, Clone 145-2C11, conjugated to FITC, for use as a laboratory reagent in research applications. The antibody reacts with the ~20 kDa CD3ε subunit of the mouse T cell receptor (TCR)/CD3 complex, which is expressed on the surface of circulating mature T cells and NK-T cells, and variably on thymocytes.

Clone 145-2C11 is verified for cell isolation, flow cytometry (FC), immunohistochemistry (IH), and immunofluorescence (IF), and has additionally been used in vitro for functional blocking and activation assays. It has been reported to block binding by the clone 17A2 antibody. The clone is not recommended for use with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, and has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits. The antibody is of the IgG1, kappa isotype and is produced in a hamster host, with C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes commonly used to demonstrate specific staining by flow cytometry.
