Anti-Ms CD3e, 145-2C11, BT, 50µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this biotin-conjugated monoclonal antibody is directed against mouse CD3e, a subunit of the mouse T cell receptor. The reagent is built around Clone 145-2C11 and is intended for use in flow cytometry.

Clone 145-2C11 is verified for cell isolation as well as flow cytometry (FC), immunohistochemistry (IH), and immunofluorescence (IF). It is designed to support immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse T cells and is also included in workflows for the negative isolation of untouched mouse stem and progenitor cells. Flow cytometry validation data presented with C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes use an Armenian hamster IgG isotype control antibody.
