Anti-Ms CD3e, 145-2C11, AD, 100µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this Anti-Mouse CD3e antibody, Clone 145-2C11, which targets CD3e, a subunit of the mouse T cell receptor. The clone is verified for cell isolation, flow cytometry (FC), immunohistochemistry (IH), and immunofluorescence (IF). Flow cytometry performance is demonstrated on C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes across multiple conjugate formats, including Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, unconjugated, APC, Biotin, FITC, and PerCP-Cy5.5, each compared with an Armenian hamster IgG isotype control. The reagent also supports immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse T cells within the manufacturer's broader mouse immunology workflow.
