Anti-Ms CD3e, 145-2C11, 500µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this unconjugated Armenian hamster monoclonal antibody (clone 145-2C11, IgG1, kappa) directed against mouse CD3e. The antibody reacts with the approximately 20 kDa CD3 ε subunit of the mouse T cell receptor (TCR)/CD3 complex, which is expressed on circulating mature T cells, NKT cells, and variably on thymocytes, as well as on a majority of T cell neoplasms.

Clone 145-2C11 has been verified for flow cytometry (FC) and reported for use in functional assays (FA), immunocytochemistry (ICC), immunofluorescence microscopy (IF), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunoprecipitation (IP), and Western blotting (WB). It has been used for in vitro blocking and activation assays and has been reported to block binding by the clone 17A2 antibody. The antibody is not recommended for use with formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections.

Clone 145-2C11 has been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits, including the Mouse T Cell Isolation Kit and Mouse CD90.2 Positive Selection Kit II. The product is supplied as a phosphate-buffered solution (pH 7.2) containing 0.09% sodium azide, purified by affinity chromatography, and should be stored undiluted at 2–8°C without freezing.
