Anti-Ms CD27, LG.3A10, UC, 500µg

STEMCELL Technologies' Anti-Mouse CD27 Antibody, Clone LG.3A10 reacts with CD27, a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. CD27 is found on peripheral T cells, memory B cells, and NK cells.

The antibody is intended for use in flow cytometry analysis. According to the manufacturer, the reagent has been demonstrated in flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, where labeling with the LG.3A10 clone followed by a goat anti-hamster (Armenian) IgG antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 produces distinct staining relative to an Armenian hamster IgG isotype control. Comparable staining is shown with PE-conjugated detection. The product supports research workflows including immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched human naïve B cells, negative selection of untouched human T cells directly from whole blood, negative selection of untouched human NK cells directly from whole blood, and negative selection of untouched human B cells directly from whole blood.
