Anti-Ms CD27, LG.3A10, PE, 50µg

Rat monoclonal antibody clone LG.3A10, conjugated to R-Phycoerythrin (PE) and supplied by STEMCELL Technologies for flow cytometry analysis of mouse immune cell populations. The antibody binds specifically to mouse CD27, a TNF receptor superfamily member expressed on subsets of T cells, B cells, and NK cells, with no cross-reactivity with human CD27. The 50 µg vial supports dozens of single-color or multicolor flow cytometry staining experiments, with typical working concentrations in the 0.1 to 1 µg per test range. PE excitation is achieved with a 488 nm blue laser, with emission detected around 575 nm. Store refrigerated in the dark to preserve fluorophore integrity; the reagent is intended for in vitro research use only and is not for diagnostic applications.
