From STEMCELL Technologies, the Anti-Mouse CD27 Antibody, Clone LG.3A10, PE is a laboratory reagent supplied as a clear liquid. The LG.3A10 antibody recognizes CD27, a member of the TNF receptor superfamily expressed on peripheral T cells, memory B cells, and NK cells. Its application is demonstrated by flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, where the PE-conjugated antibody produces specific labelling compared with an Armenian hamster IgG isotype control antibody, PE. According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the mixture is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) or the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200), and storage should follow the Product Information Sheet (PIS).
