Anti-Ms CD267 (TACI), 8F10, PE, 50µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, the Anti-Mouse CD267 (TACI) Antibody, Clone 8F10, is a reagent validated for flow cytometry. The 8F10 clone reacts with mouse CD267, a marker expressed primarily by maturing subsets of splenic B cells. The antibody has been characterized using immunized C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, and it can be paired with the Anti-Mouse CD138 (Syndecan-1) Antibody, Clone 281-2, to resolve B cell subsets by flow cytometry. It supports research workflows involving the immunomagnetic negative isolation of untouched mouse pan-B cells, including CD19+, CD19+CD138+, and CD138+ populations, as well as the isolation of untouched mouse B cells.
