Anti-Ms CD25, 3C7, 500µg

STEMCELL Technologies offers this rat monoclonal IgG1 antibody against mouse CD25, Clone 3C7. CD25 has been used as a marker to identify CD4+/FoxP3+ regulatory T cells in mice, and the reagent is intended for flow cytometry and cell separation workflows, including immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD25+ Tregs from mouse splenocytes or other single-cell suspensions.

In flow cytometry experiments with C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes, upregulation of CD25 on T cells is apparent following stimulation with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28, supporting its use in Treg identification and T cell activation studies.
