Anti-Ms CD19, 6D5, PB, 25µg

This Pacific Blue-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies targets mouse CD19 with the widely cited 6D5 clone, providing a violet-laser-excitable reagent (peak excitation near 405 nm) for multicolor flow cytometry panels. Each 25 µg vial contains purified rat IgG2a, κ antibody selected for its strong reactivity with the murine CD19 antigen and limited cross-reactivity against human or other species orthologs.

The reagent is validated for direct surface staining of B lymphocytes in single-cell suspensions prepared from mouse spleen, lymph node, bone marrow, or peripheral blood, where CD19 marks the B-lineage compartment from pro-B through mature B-cell stages. Recommended working concentrations typically fall in the low microgram-per-million-cells range, and the Pacific Blue fluorophore pairs cleanly with FITC, PE, APC, and other non-violet-excited dyes for flexible panel design.

The 6D5 clone is a reference standard in murine immunophenotyping and is suitable for downstream fluorescence-activated cell sorting as well as standard flow cytometry analysis. Refrigerated storage in the dark between uses preserves fluorescence intensity across the product shelf life.
