Anti-Ms CD19, 1D3, PE, 25µg

A PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody from STEMCELL Technologies, Clone 1D3 is a rat IgG2a, kappa antibody that reacts with mouse CD19, an approximately 95 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of B cells throughout all stages of development, from early pre-B cells to plasma cells. Expression is down-regulated but persists in terminally differentiated plasma cells, and CD19 is also found on follicular dendritic cells. By associating with CD21 and CD81, CD19 functions as a co-receptor for the B cell receptor and is involved in B cell activation and differentiation.

Clone 1D3 recognizes the same epitope as Clone 6D5 in cross-competition assays. The antibody has been characterized by flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. It is intended for research use only and is not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses unless otherwise stated.

The product is supplied as a clear liquid and, according to the manufacturer's Safety Data Sheet, is not classified as hazardous under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200) or according to the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
