Anti-Ms CD19, 1D3, PE, 100µg

A PE-conjugated rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody against mouse CD19, manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies. The 1D3 clone reacts with mouse CD19, an ~95 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of B cells throughout all stages of development, from early pre-B cells to plasma cells. Expression is downregulated but persists in terminally differentiated plasma cells, and CD19 is also found on follicular dendritic cells.

By associating with CD21 and CD81, CD19 functions as a co-receptor for the B cell receptor and is involved in B cell activation and differentiation. Clone 1D3 recognizes the same epitope as clone 6D5 in cross-competition assays. Verified for flow cytometry, the antibody is formulated in a phosphate-buffered solution at pH 7.2 containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin, and is purified by affinity chromatography with no unconjugated PE remaining.

The product is intended for research use only and is not for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic applications unless otherwise stated. For flow cytometry, the suggested use is ≤ 0.125 µg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 µL volume, and titration is recommended for optimal performance.
