Anti-Ms CD19, 1D3, BT, 100µg

This biotin-conjugated reagent from STEMCELL Technologies is a rat monoclonal antibody (clone 1D3, IgG2a, kappa isotype) directed against mouse CD19, also referred to as B4. CD19 is an ~95 kDa type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on the surface of B cells throughout all stages of development, from early pre-B cells to plasma cells, and is also found on follicular dendritic cells. By associating with CD21 and CD81, CD19 functions as a co-receptor for the B cell receptor and contributes to B cell activation and differentiation. The antibody was raised against a recombinant mouse CD19-transfected cell line and recognizes the same epitope as clone 6D5 in cross-competition assays.

It has been verified for flow cytometry and is reported for use in flow cytometry, immunocytochemistry, and immunofluorescence microscopy. The antibody has also been verified for purity assessments of cells isolated with EasySep™ kits, including the EasySep™ Mouse B Cell Isolation Kit. The product is supplied as a clear liquid in phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.1% gelatin. It was purified by affinity chromatography and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions, and the solution is free of unconjugated biotin. The suggested use for flow cytometry is ≤ 0.125 μg per 1 x 10^6 cells in 100 μL, and titration is recommended for optimal performance in each application. Store undiluted at 2 - 8°C; do not freeze.
