Anti-Ms CD152, UC10-4F10-11, PE, 25µg

The UC10-4F10-11 clone is a well-characterized hamster anti-mouse monoclonal antibody directed against CD152, the surface receptor also known as CTLA-4. CD152 functions as an immune checkpoint on activated effector T cells and on constitutively expressed regulatory T lymphocytes, delivering inhibitory signals that dampen T-cell activation and proliferation. Conjugated to R-phycoerythrin (PE), this reagent from STEMCELL Technologies supports multiparameter flow cytometry staining of murine lymphocytes, enabling simultaneous detection of CTLA-4 alongside other surface and intracellular markers in the same panel.
