Anti-Ms CD150, TC15-12FI2.2, CZ, 25µg

A laboratory reagent antibody targeting mouse CD150, manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies. CD150, also referred to as signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM), is described by the manufacturer as a cell adhesion molecule. The antibody, Clone TC15-12F12.2, is conjugated to PE-Cyanine7 and is indicated for use in flow cytometry (FC). Supporting flow cytometry data are presented for C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes labelled with the PE-Cyanine7 conjugate versus a rat IgG2a isotype control antibody, with additional validation figures provided for Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, unconjugated, APC, and biotin conjugates of the same clone.
