Anti-Ms CD150, TC15-12F12.2, AZ, 100µg

From STEMCELL Technologies, this antibody (Clone TC15-12F12.2) reacts with CD150, also known as signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM), an approximately 75 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that serves as a cell adhesion molecule and/or coreceptor in the immune response. CD150 is differentially expressed by T cells, immature thymocytes, B cells, dendritic cells, macrophages, and endothelial cells, with the expression pattern differing according to cell type and activation status.

CD150 has functions in hematopoietic cell development and serves as a useful marker for detecting multipotent hematopoietic stem cells when used in concert with other markers such as CD48 and CD41; it is not expressed on non-multipotent hematopoietic progenitor cells. The antibody is suitable for flow cytometry, as well as functional assays, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation, and has a rat IgG2a, lambda isotype.
