Anti-Ms CD150, TC15-12F12.2, AD, 100µg

This monoclonal antibody reagent from STEMCELL Technologies targets mouse CD150, also known as signaling lymphocyte activation molecule (SLAM), which is a cell adhesion molecule. The reagent is a rat IgG2a antibody of clone TC15-12F12.2, recommended for flow cytometry (FC) applications.

Validation data supplied by the manufacturer demonstrate staining of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes with the antibody compared against a rat IgG2a isotype control across multiple conjugate formats. Published flow cytometry figures illustrate results obtained with Alexa Fluor® 488, PE, unconjugated, APC, Biotin, and PE-Cyanine7 conjugates. An additional PE dataset shows labeling of C57BL/6 mouse bone marrow cells. The unconjugated antibody was detected using a mouse anti-rat IgG2a secondary antibody with FITC, while the biotinylated form was revealed with streptavidin (SAV) APC.
