Anti-Ms CD11c, N418, UC, 100µg

An unconjugated monoclonal antibody (clone N418) directed against mouse CD11c is supplied by STEMCELL Technologies as a clear liquid laboratory reagent. The N418 antibody reacts with CD11c, a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein that associates with CD18 to form a heterodimeric cell surface adhesion receptor. The unconjugated format makes it suitable for use with secondary detection reagents or for custom conjugation, and the antibody has been validated by flow cytometry analysis of C57BL/6 mouse splenocytes. According to the manufacturer, this reagent is used in research workflows involving immunomagnetic positive selection of mouse CD11c+ cells and immunomagnetic negative selection of untouched mouse pDCs from single-cell suspensions of mouse splenocytes or other tissues.

The product is not classified as a hazardous substance or mixture under the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard or the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), and no special protective equipment is required under normal use conditions. It should be handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice, and stored according to the conditions listed on the manufacturer's Product Information Sheet. The third-party supplier recommends storage at 2–8°C and avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
